Angles

 This week I have been learning about different types of angles. Learning this
tasks was a bit difficult for me because I don't understand the differents between
each angle.

Math Problem 2

WALT: Solve measurement, algebra and fraction. This week we have been
solving different equations about Addition squares, Perimeter, Measurement,
Algebra, Fractions and Bedmas. The task was solve in many different ways.
The easiest equation was all of them because I am familiar with these equations.

Maths Problems

This week we have been learning about B.E.D.M.A.S which means Brackets,
Exponents,Division,Multiplication,Addition and Subtraction. When solving
a B.E.D.M.A.S equation, you have to follow the steps of Bedmas. That's how
                                    you solve your answer.

Fractions

We are learning to use different strategies to solve maths problem.

Fraction problems

WALT: identify fractions: part of a whole. I have been learning about fraction
equations. The shaded boxes tells you the amount of numbers that are in the
numerator. The amount of boxes in the line all together is the amount that
gives you the answers to the denominator of the fractions.

Multiplication and division

We are learning to multiply in parts (using larger numbers). This week I have
 been solving Multiplication and division problem. This presentation examples
what I have been learning so check it out.

Add decimals

This task is about adding decimals into a whole number. I worked this out in
my maths book to show my working out.

Multiplication pyramid

For this task I had to time's the bottom number together. You keep doing that
until you get to the top of the pyramid. This is my Multiplication pyramid that
                                    I have worked out on my own.

3D shapes

WALT: identify and describe 3D shapes. This week we have been learning
about 3D shapes. We had to describe the 3D shape by using information from
it. For example I have 6 faces, 12 edges and 8 vertices. What shape am I? 

Geometry - 2D shapes

Walt: Identify and describe 2D shapes. This week we have been given a task
about Geometry. For our turn we had to work with a buddy and make cards
which describes the shape we are thinking. Try and guess what the shape we
                                   described on slide 9 and 10.

Area L3

WALT: Find the area of the objects. In Maths this week we have been learning
about finding the Area of the objects. Check out this presentation to learn more
                                     about "Finding the area".

Groups of tens and hundreds

We have been learning about finding groups of tens,hundreds in whole numbers.
We had to find the cost of the device we had research on smith city and see
                       how many $10 and $100 note you could buy it.

Finding the Perimeter

This week we've been focusing on finding the perimeter of the area. We also
learnt about converting meter into kilometers. This presentation explains what
                      we have been learning in class this week.

Measurement - Week 3

In my Numeracy class we have been learning about Measurement.We learn to
  convert a Centimeter into a millimeter. We also learnt about the four metric
        units which were Millimeter,Center meter, meter and Kilometer.

Hundreds In Numbers

This week In Numeracy we have been learning about tens and hundredths,
this presentation explains everything about tens and hundredths.

Measurement W2

This week our task was to work on measuring object around the room and
outside of the room by using a informal and a formal to measure the object.

Finding the Probability

For the past two weeks we have been learning about Probability. A probability
is a chance of something happening. For example there are 2478 jelly beans
in a jar. It can be impossible 0%, Unlikely 25% ,Possible 50% ,Likely 75% or
                                               Certain 100%.

MMRM - W7

         WALT: Use mode, median, Range, and Mean to describe data.
    This we have been learning about the Mean, median, Range and Mean.

This week in maths I have learnt about the Mean, Median, Mode and Range.

Statistics Week 3 & 4

Our lesson in math is about statistics. We have been focusing about statistics
for the past 3 to 4 weeks. For this task I had to gather information to make a Bar graph.
